4 in a Blow is Connect 4 with power-ups.
4.34 in a Blow is Connect 4 with power-ups. Everyone already knows the rules, so you can start playing immediately. Every turn charges up your power meter — spend it to block a column, swap two tokens, remove a token, or drop twice in a row. The one rule that keeps it fair: a power can never win the game on its own. It can only set up or defend a win, so the final move is always a normal drop. Play Classic for pure Connect 4 against AI or a friend, Blast for the full power-up experience, or Wakie for a fast 90-second score-attack mode with rotating powers and a Turbo Time finish. Simple to learn, hard to see coming.
Sit down with a puzzle game and the first few minutes are about learning its particular logic. Which tiles merge, which paths connect, what counts as a match. Once you have it, the game becomes a series of small, satisfying problems. Some are solved in seconds. Others need you to undo, rethink and try a completely different order. The pace is yours to set.
It costs nothing and asks nothing of you except a few minutes of attention. 4 in a Blow works well as a mental reset between tasks, and because it runs in the browser with no download you can play on whatever device is nearest. Stages are short enough to stop at any point.
Office workers on a break, students between classes, parents with ten quiet minutes, and anyone who finds matching or sorting things oddly relaxing. Reading ability helps for instructions but is rarely essential.
