basketballs is competition in a small package. It is free, runs in the browser without a download or account, and a round takes a couple of minutes. Winning feels good, losing is quick to fix, and either way you were only ever one tap from playing.

Suits sports fans of any age and players who like a short competitive burst. It is good for children who are into a particular sport and for adults who want a quick match between tasks.

Does basketballs work on a phone?

Yes. Most sports games here use swipe or tap controls that suit a touchscreen. A tablet gives more room to see the whole field or court.

Is it realistic?

Not very, and that is deliberate. Browser sports games keep the rules and the spirit but simplify the physics so matches are quick and fun.

Will it save my tournament progress?

Often, in your browser on the same device. Clearing site data or switching devices resets it. There is no account to sync.
