Some browser games recognise a connected controller, but it is not guaranteed. Keyboard and touch controls always work.

How do I get better at cornering?

The guide

Overview

A new game of racing, survival, explosion, extreme survival. Drive your car and collect equipment on the track. This will be your secret weapon for survival in the arena. After entering the arena, you need to defeat all opponents to win.

What it's like to play

Speed is the obvious draw, but racing games are really about control. Holding a line through a bend, timing a boost, judging an overtake. The first race of a session is usually scrappy. By the third or fourth, you have learned the track and the car, and the finish starts to feel earned. Races are short, so even a brief session covers a few of them.

How to play

1Pick a car or kart if the game offers a choice, then start the race and hold accelerate as the countdown ends.
2Steer with arrow keys, WASD or tilt. Keep inputs small and smooth, especially at high speed.
3Brake before corners and accelerate out of them. Carrying too much speed in is the most common mistake.
4Watch for shortcuts and boost pads on the track; many games hide a faster route off the main line.
