Overview

Blumgi Ball is a sports game that combines the platform and puzzle genres into one fun package. You aim is to simply get the ball through the hoop like the good old classic basketball. You do this using a slingshot system where you pull the indicator in accordance with the intensity at which you want to throw the ball, and release it to throw. But wait - there's a twist. In Blumgi Ball, you have the superpower of teleporting directly next to your ball. This opens a wide range of possibilities when it comes to making chain combos and dunking in style. Every successfully finished level awards you some points which add up to unlock cool new characters. You will love exploring the vibrant and creative levels full of surprises in Blumgi Ball.

What it's like to play

Swing, release, watch. Whether the game is golf, basketball or something less usual, sports games here boil down to a well-timed input and a moment of waiting to see if it lands. Rounds are short and scored. Many games add a tournament or career ladder that gives a session shape, with each win leading to a tougher opponent. The physics are forgiving and the rules are familiar.

How to play

1Start a match and find the aim control, which is usually a mouse drag, a swipe, or arrow keys to position.
2Set power with a meter or by how far you drag, and release at the right moment to execute.
3Aim for the gaps rather than the target. Corners of the goal, edges of the hoop, open lanes on the court.
4After each round, check the scoreboard and adjust your power or angle rather than repeating the same shot.
