The guide

Overview

Bouncy Basketball is a one-button, physics-based, pixel art basketball game. Challenge your basketball-loving friends to fierce basketball battles on a shared screen, or simply play against the CPU if you don't feel like jeopardizing your friendships.

What it's like to play

Two minutes on the clock, a scoreboard, and an opponent who is slightly better than you. That is a sports game in a browser. The sport changes, the setup does not. You control one player or one shot at a time, timing is everything, and the result is in or out, goal or miss. Sessions string several rounds together, often with a bracket to climb.

Controls

Bouncy Basketball combines the random fun and addictiveness of 2D physics-based gameplay with the satisfying feeling of outsmarting opponents with your finely honed skills and clever tactics In Bouncy Basketball no one game is like the other

How to play

1Learn the single action input on the start screen, whether it is a click, a tap, a swipe or a key press.
2Position your player with arrow keys or by dragging, then execute when the ball or target is in range.
3Pay attention to timing indicators like a swinging meter or a shrinking circle; they decide power and accuracy.
4Win a match and move to the next opponent; lose and replay it with a different angle or timing.
