The guide

Overview

Charge Now will drive you crazy. Several devices, all of them out of battery, and you don't know where to charge them. A great fun puzzle waiting for you. You should use your logic and create a good strategy to plug all the devices at the same time. The only problem is, will you able to find a place for all of them? In today's world, we all need to use technology like mobile phones, computers, hairdryers, and so on... Imagine that your favorite game's new version is available now, and you are dying to play it. But, unfortunately, your phone and your computer are out of battery. Normally, you take your charger and plug it. But this time, you realize someone at home is using the hairdryer at the same time, and there is no place to plug both devices. You should make a plan to change the crisis into an opportunity. It is what you are going to do in this game. You need to charge all of the devices given in the level at the same time, but the plug order is so important. Game rule very simple; charge the devices and pass the levels. Don't forget that levels are getting difficult. You may need some little tricks to complete.

What it's like to play

The best moment in any puzzle game is the one just after you have been stuck. You have tried the obvious moves, nothing worked, and then you spot the thing you overlooked. The whole board resolves in a few quick taps. Sessions are built from a string of those moments, separated by stretches of quiet staring. It is slow in a good way.

Controls

Tap, hold and swipe on phones and tablets
Mouse or trackpad on a computer; arrow keys or WASD where the game asks for movement
Press Escape or the exit button to leave the full-screen player

How to play

1Identify the goal first. Look for a target, counter or outline that tells you what a finished stage looks like.
2Make a move you can reverse, then see how the board reacts. Most puzzles let you undo or restart freely.
3Group similar pieces or clear blockers early so you have room to work later in the stage.
4When you solve a stage, note what the trick was; the next few stages will usually build on it.

Features

Free to play, nothing to install, no account needed
Loads in the browser tab and opens full screen when you press Play
Plays best with the phone turned sideways or on a wider screen

Why it's worth a go

Because it fits into the gaps. CHARGE NOW does not need a download or a login, and a stage takes about as long as waiting for a kettle. It is also one of the few kinds of game that leaves you feeling slightly sharper rather than drained.

Who it's for

Players of any age who like a quiet challenge. Grandparents and grandchildren can share it. People who commute, anyone who enjoys logic problems, and those who want a game that does not demand quick fingers.
