The guide

Overview

Combat Penguin, yes you heard right. In this game, the penguin is in combat with different types of enemies. He will shoot at snowmen, robots, and warriors with vehicles. But there will be different shields that will protect the warriors. The penguin needs to protect the house. After each wave of attack, you can go to the shop to improve your weapon, buy new shields, and buy protection for the house. Аs the game is in progress at every next level you need to fight with more enemies. So every next level is harder to play. You need to earn and use some of the offered help that can help you in the battle with the enemies.

What it's like to play

Shooting games are about aim and timing, and not much else gets in the way. Targets appear, you point and fire, they disappear or they shoot back. Ammo matters. Position matters. Some games are side-on with waves of enemies, others put the crosshair in the middle of the screen. Either way, a session is a steady escalation until your reflexes run out.

How to play

1Find the fire and aim controls on the start screen; usually the mouse aims and clicks fire on desktop, and tapping the target fires on phones.
2Shoot the nearest or fastest threat first, not the biggest. Big targets usually take several hits anyway.
3Reload or switch weapons during quiet moments rather than in the middle of a wave.
4Keep moving if the game allows it. A stationary player is the easiest target in any shooter.
