The guide

Overview

Dive into the action-packed world of Counter Terror, a game that blends the excitement of CS with high-speed car battles. With over 10 types of weapons, 8 dynamic maps, and 4 customizable cars, the adrenaline never stops. Choose your side in thrilling game modes like DeathMatch and Team DeathMatch, and climb the military ranks from a common soldier to the prestigious General, unlocking more powerful weapons with each promotion. Explore the urban chaos in maps like Big City and GTA SA, where you can spawn cars from the garage, turning the battlefield into a vehicular warzone.

What it's like to play

Crosshairs, targets, and a trigger finger that gets tired before you expect it to. Shooting games here range from fixed-screen target galleries to side-scrolling run-and-gun stages, but the feel is consistent: enemies appear, you react, the score climbs. Pressure builds through numbers rather than complexity. A session is a handful of rounds, each one pushing a bit further before the health bar gives out.

How to play

1Check the start screen for whether the mouse aims or your character moves with the keyboard, since shooters use both styles.
2Aim slightly ahead of moving targets. Most projectiles take a moment to arrive.
3Take cover or retreat when several enemies fire at once; health does not regenerate in most browser shooters.
4Grab weapon or ammo pickups when they drop, especially before a boss or large wave.
