Can I play Cowboys vs Robots on a phone?

Usually yes. Tap to shoot works well on a touchscreen, and many shooters add on-screen movement controls. A mouse is more precise on desktop.

Why does the game feel too fast?

Shooters ramp up quickly. Focus on the nearest threat only and let the rest wait. Difficulty tends to feel more manageable once you stop trying to clear everything at once.

Does it track my high score?

Many shooting games store a best score in your browser on that device. It will not transfer to another device, since there is no account.

The guide

Overview

Fend for your life and take out your pistol in Cowboys VS Robots. Take the commands of a Cowboy heavily armed and push away a robot invasion in this shooting game. Through multiple levels that will get harder and harder, challenge your reflexes in this shooting game. Destroy your enemies and get all the stars with the best score.

Point, fire, move. A shooting game trains those three into a reflex within the first minute, then spends the rest of the session making them harder. Enemies arrive faster, take more hits, and come from angles you did not expect. Ammunition or cooldowns keep you from simply holding the trigger. Rounds are short, and the score at the end is a fair record of how sharp you were.
