Does Drift Cup Racing work on a tablet?

Yes. Tablets are a good fit for racing games because the screen is large enough for on-screen controls without covering the track.

Will the game remember my best times?

Often it will, using your browser's storage on that device. Clearing site data or switching devices resets them, since there is no account.

Is it suitable for young children?

Generally yes. Racing games are among the most child friendly on the site. Steering and accelerating are simple, and losing a race has no real consequence.

The guide

Overview

Drift Cup Racing is a free racing game. Even the fastest and the most furious racers in the game know that sometimes you have to drift your way to success. You might have a leadfoot but you're gonna need the hollow bones of an elf if you wanna drift. Whoever is in charge of the universe will reward you for fast reflexes and clever decisions. Slam into a turn and let gravity do all the work as you spin to win on the short track and then boost your way through the straightaways. Take dead aim on the people in the first place and drop them in the garbage as you race to the end of the track. If you want to win the drift cup you'll have to sharpen your elbows, rev your engine, and drift your way through the never-ending, inevitable obstacles that will pop up in your way. Drift cup allows you to smash through the competition and blast your way into first place. Most racers live their life one-quarter mile at a time but if you wanna make it to the leaderboard you'll have to live your life at like, a half-mile at a time.. You can also find more games at superkidgames.com, pick up one and have fun.

What it's like to play

Lap one is for learning the track. Lap two is for finding the braking points. Lap three is where you actually race. That is roughly the shape of every race in this genre, and it holds whether the cars are realistic or cartoon karts. A session usually covers several races, each one a little faster, and the final positions give you a clear measure of improvement.

Controls

On your desktop computer or mobile device you need to use your mouse or your finger to steer your car and drift them into turns avoid the traps and keep it breezy on the straightaways

How to play

1Read the control hint on the start screen, then start a race and drive the first lap at a safe speed.
2Note where you drift wide, and brake a little earlier there next time around.
3Use the slipstream behind other cars on straights to close gaps, then pull out to overtake before the corner.
4Collect boosts or coins if the game has them, but only when they are on your line.
