Does the game remember my best score?

The guide

Overview

Dive into the exhilarating world of Enemy, where reflexes and strategy merge in thrilling arcade-style battles. Master movement and precision shooting to outlast ever-tougher enemy waves. With relentless action and escalating challenges, it's a pulse-pounding survival test that keeps the tension high and the excitement relentless.

Half the fun is the restart button. In an arcade game you are never more than one tap from another go, and the game knows that. It ends your run abruptly, shows your score next to your best, and waits. Sessions are made of these loops. The rules stay simple but the pace keeps shifting, so what felt impossible on the first attempt feels routine by the tenth.

How to play

1Tap or click once to start and once more to jump, flap, or fire. If a direction is needed, swipe or use the arrow keys.
2Lead your movement slightly. Obstacles arrive faster than they appear to, so act when they are still a little way off.
3Treat bonuses as optional. A bonus you could not reach safely was never a bonus.
4Pay attention to the score screen between runs. It often shows what you did better or worse than last time.

Why it's worth a go

Enemy is immediate. There is no loading beyond the first few seconds, no download and no sign-up. Within half a minute of arriving you are playing, and within two minutes you have a score to beat. For a free browser game, that is all you need.

Who it's for

Reflex players, high-score chasers, and anyone who likes a little friendly rivalry over a phone passed around a table. Children like the early part of every run; adults like the part where it gets hard.
