Football League Sports Game

The world’s most popular football game is now available for android. Football Legends 2016 allows you to compete with players all across the globe from those who are die-hard football fans to those who are just looking to have a fun competitive game on their mobile device.

A football match in a browser game lasts about three minutes and still manages to feel like a match. That is the trick of the genre. Sports games compress the real thing into a few essential inputs, keep the rules recognisable, and let the scoreboard do the rest. Sessions are built from short rounds, and the urge to play one more is strong when you have just lost.

• Folow game instructions

1. 1Pick a team or player if offered, then start a match and spend the first few seconds learning how your athlete moves.
2. 2Use the arrow keys or on-screen pad to position, and the action button or tap to kick, shoot or swing.
3. 3Time your action to the moment the ball or target is in reach; early or late inputs lose power or direction.
4. 4Watch the clock and score, and change your approach when behind rather than repeating what is not working.

• Free to play, nothing to install, no account needed
• Loads in the browser tab and opens full screen when you press Play
• Plays best with the phone turned sideways or on a wider screen
• Touch controls on phones and tablets, mouse and keyboard on a computer
• Listed under Sports
