The guide

Overview

You are a mischievous ghost, and your only joy is to sneak behind people and scare them. You lose your ability if they spot you and may vanish if stay in their “vision” cone. Use your tactical skills to hunt them down. Move swiftly and scare them without being spotted. Make sure to avoid obstacles at the museum when eliminating visitors and the guards. Use the "hide in armour" feature to disguise yourself.

What it's like to play

You start somewhere unfamiliar with a vague goal and not much else. An adventure game fills in the rest as you go: a path that opens when you find the right item, a character who tells you where to look, a platform that was there all along if you had thought to jump. Sessions are built from small discoveries, and the best ones stay with you.

How to play

1Spend the first minute exploring without a goal. Note exits, objects and anyone standing around.
2Interact with characters by walking up to them and pressing the action key or tapping. They often hand out clues.
3Collect items as you find them. Most adventures will not let you pick up something you do not eventually need.
4When a puzzle stumps you, read your inventory and the scene again. The combination is usually closer than it seems.
