The guide

Overview

Do your best to earn scores against your opponents and win the matches. This is a head sports game which is a simplified version of basketball game. Before each game, you can choose your character and then customize its appearance and other features of the game like playground, weather, AI difficulty, match duration and etc. The rest is simple. You have four buttons to control your character and earn scores against your opponent. Two keys are for moving, one is for jumping and the other one is for kicking the ball with your foot or head.

What it's like to play

A football match in a browser game lasts about three minutes and still manages to feel like a match. That is the trick of the genre. Sports games compress the real thing into a few essential inputs, keep the rules recognisable, and let the scoreboard do the rest. Sessions are built from short rounds, and the urge to play one more is strong when you have just lost.

How to play

1Pick a team or player if offered, then start a match and spend the first few seconds learning how your athlete moves.
2Use the arrow keys or on-screen pad to position, and the action button or tap to kick, shoot or swing.
3Time your action to the moment the ball or target is in reach; early or late inputs lose power or direction.
4Watch the clock and score, and change your approach when behind rather than repeating what is not working.
