The guide

Overview

Hippo Beach Adventures is a cute game. Hippo family came to the seaside for an adventure. As a kid who loves the seaside too. Why not join them? Firstly come and help them pick some pretty swim suits at the shop. Then you can start the adventure together with them: Diving, making sand sculptures, playing water volleyball and enjoying fresh ice cream...Lots of suprises are waiting for you. Enjoy.

Fashion shows, salons, kitchens and bedrooms are the usual settings. The games inside them are gentle and open. A session often starts with a character who needs a look or a dish, moves through a series of choices, and ends with a reveal. Some include small mini-games, like washing hair or stirring a pot, that break up the choosing with a bit of hands-on tapping.

How to play

1Select your character or task from the opening screen, then look for the panel of options along the edge of the play area.
2Tap items to apply them. Swipe or use arrows to scroll through more choices in each category.
3Complete any mini-game prompts, such as dragging a brush or tapping a timer, to move to the next stage.
