The guide

Overview

Play safe, stay safe. This version of Life the Game was created to inform players on some of the things we can do to stay safe during these difficult times. Try and complete the three new stages and gain some insights on how to stay safe.

What it's like to play

A makeover game is more about taste than skill. You are shown a face, a wardrobe, a room, or a plate, and you make it look the way you think it should. Sessions move at your pace. Some games layer in tasks, like a client with a mood board or a sequence of recipe steps, but the core is the same: choose, look, adjust, finish.

Controls

Level 1 - Social Distancing Click tap the screen to change direction and keep distance from others Level 2 - Washing hands Click tap the soap and move it over the hands until they re fully covered in soap Level 3 - Fever Drag mous

How to play

1Pick a starting point from the menu, then open the first set of options and tap items to try them on.
2Use the back or undo arrow to remove something you do not like. Nothing is locked in until you press finish.
3Follow any instructions from a client or recipe card if the game has one; they often affect your rating.
4Save your result with the camera button or start a fresh look. Many games keep a gallery of what you have made.
