4.3Mike & Munk is a game where you control 2 characters: the boy and the squirrel. Help them escape from an abandoned mine full of traps and dangerous enemies.
Timing is everything here. An arcade game strips play down to a reflex and then tests it over and over, each time with slightly less margin. You jump a beat early and fall. You jump on the beat and the run continues. Scores climb, music speeds up, and the screen fills with things to avoid. A session is a stack of short attempts, each one a little better than the last.
The runs in Mike & Munk are short enough that losing never stings for long. You press restart before the frustration lands. It is free, runs straight in the browser without a download, and the score table gives you a reason to come back tomorrow.
People who like quick feedback and a clear number to beat. Commuters, students on a break, and anyone who finds a thirty-second challenge more appealing than a thirty-hour one. Older kids will take to it quickly.
