The guide

Overview

Only Up Parkour 2. is an exciting arcade game in which you have to overcome obstacles and conquer heights of 500M. Inspired by the popular game Your task is to guide the character through a vertical labyrinth full of various obstacles. You must react quickly, jump accurately and climb up dexterously to avoid crashing into obstacles and falling down. As you progress through the various levels, you will encounter increasing difficulty and new challenges such as Jumping platforms and obstacles.

What it's like to play

The loop is simple to describe and hard to put down. Find a problem, search the area, pick up what you can, try things until something works, and move on to the next room, cave or screen. Adventure games thread these loops together with light storytelling, so a session feels like reading a chapter rather than beating a stage. You stop at the next cliffhanger, not the next checkpoint.

How to play

1Watch the opening scene or read the first text box, since it usually tells you what you are looking for.
2Move with the arrow keys or by tapping, and press the action button near anything that glows, sparkles or looks out of place.
3Keep a mental list of things you could not open or reach; they are what your newly found items are for.
4Talk to every character twice. Second conversations often reveal something new.
