The guide

Overview

Turbo-charge your hooves and get ready for the race of your life. Shear Speed challenges you to lead the Flock through the bustle of the Big City, dodging obstacles and keeping your distance from the dastardly Trumper, an evil animal catcher with the Flock firmly set in his sights. Drop the pace and you could find yourself spending the night in the pound…

Two minutes on the clock, a scoreboard, and an opponent who is slightly better than you. That is a sports game in a browser. The sport changes, the setup does not. You control one player or one shot at a time, timing is everything, and the result is in or out, goal or miss. Sessions string several rounds together, often with a bracket to climb.

How to play

1Learn the single action input on the start screen, whether it is a click, a tap, a swipe or a key press.
2Position your player with arrow keys or by dragging, then execute when the ball or target is in range.
3Pay attention to timing indicators like a swinging meter or a shrinking circle; they decide power and accuracy.
4Win a match and move to the next opponent; lose and replay it with a different angle or timing.
