Does Tincha Junior need an internet connection the whole time?

It needs one to load. After that, a short dropout may not interrupt play, but you should not expect it to work fully offline.

Can I replay old stages?

In most casual games, yes. A stage map or menu lets you revisit anything you have cleared, often to improve your rating.

Is it suitable for someone who has never played games?

Very much so. Casual games are built for exactly that person. The first few minutes teach everything needed.

The guide

Overview

Welcome to Tincha Junior, the ultimate gashapon prize-hunting adventure. Insert coins, spin machines, and collect all unique prizes, but choose wisely. Each day brings a fresh challenge with fixed prize distributions. Watch out: the CPU strategically blocks machines each turn, testing your planning skills. All machines hold every prize, but the final two are special rare treasures. Can you gather the full set using the fewest coins possible? Plan your spins carefully and master the art of efficient collecting in Tincha Junior.

What it's like to play

People reach for casual games for the same reason they reach for a crossword: to occupy their hands and half their brain for a while. The stages are bright and quick. The goals are clear. There is a satisfying sound when you get something right and a soft one when you do not. A session might be two stages or twenty, and either is fine.

How to play

1Start by tapping anything that moves or glows. The game will show you right away whether that was the intended action.
2Match, stack or sort according to the stage goal, keeping an eye on the move or time counter if one is shown.
3Clear obstacles that block large areas before chasing points; space is worth more than score early on.
4When you finish a stage, glance at the stars or rating and decide whether to replay or move on.

Why it's worth a go

Tincha Junior is the definition of pick-up-and-play. Nothing to install, nothing to sign into, and the controls are tap and swipe. It fills a quiet moment without taking over your evening, and it works just as well on a phone as it does on a bigger screen.

Who it's for

Suits anyone who wants something gentle, including young children with supervision, busy adults, and people recovering from a long day. It does not require quick reactions or prior gaming experience.
