The guide

Overview

Test your reflexes in Turn Light On, where your mission is to illuminate the screen by swiftly tapping on lights before they extinguish. With unpredictable timers, focus on speed and strategy to keep the lights on and progress through this addictive challenge. Hone your skills and never let darkness prevail.

Timing is everything here. An arcade game strips play down to a reflex and then tests it over and over, each time with slightly less margin. You jump a beat early and fall. You jump on the beat and the run continues. Scores climb, music speeds up, and the screen fills with things to avoid. A session is a stack of short attempts, each one a little better than the last.

How to play

1Press Play and spend the first run just watching how fast things move; do not worry about the score yet.
2Use short, deliberate taps or key presses rather than mashing. Most arcade games punish holding a button too long.
3Watch for a rhythm in the obstacles. Once you hear or see the pattern, your inputs will land on their own.
4Chase one small improvement per run, such as surviving ten seconds longer, rather than a new record every time.
