Where IPObrains's content comes from.

1. Where Our Content Comes From

• Browser games, including their titles, icons and cover images, come from GamePix (https://www.gamepix.com) through its publisher feed.
• Phone apps and store games, including their names, icons, screenshots, ratings and store links, come from public app store data.
• Articles, guides and the descriptions of games and apps are written for IPObrains.

2. Who Owns What

Games belong to GamePix, its licensors or their developers. Apps and store games belong to their developers and publishers. Names, logos and images are shown to identify those products and remain the property of their owners.

The site design, the IPObrains brand and the text written for this site belong to IPObrains. Please do not republish that text without permission.

IPObrains does not host game files, APK files or IPA files. Games play in GamePix's embedded player, and app links lead to the official stores.

3. Our Relationship with Providers

IPObrains takes part in GamePix's publisher programme and may earn revenue from games played here. We are not owned or run by GamePix, and GamePix does not write or approve the text on this site.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, Google or the developers of the apps and games listed, unless a page clearly says so.

4. How We Choose Games

We publish a selection of the GamePix catalogue, not all of it. Games are chosen by GamePix's quality ranking across every category. We try to leave out games with adult or gambling themes and titles that lean on another company's brand.

These checks are not perfect, and the games themselves are made and updated by others, so something unsuitable can get through. If you find one, please report it using the steps below.

5. How Our Text Is Written

Game and app descriptions are based on information published by the game's provider or the app store, together with general knowledge of that kind of game or app. We do not test every game or app, so a description can be incomplete or go out of date. Check the game itself or the official store page before relying on it.

Parts of each game page, such as how to play and common questions, are general guidance for that category of game and may not match every game exactly.

Articles contain opinions and general advice for information and entertainment. They are not professional advice.

6. Scores and Ratings

Scores on browser game pages are worked out from GamePix's quality ranking. They are not reviews from players. Ratings on app and store game pages come from app store data and may be out of date.

7. Advertising

Ads are labelled and are selected by Google and its partners, not by us, so an ad does not mean we recommend the product. Games may also show ads of their own inside the player. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising uses data.

8. Younger Players

Games listed under Kids and Junior are chosen from the same feed by category, and we have not checked each one for every age. Parents and guardians should choose and supervise play for younger children.

9. Visitor Content

Visitors cannot post comments, reviews or uploads on this site. Messages sent through the contact form are not published.

10. Report a Problem

To report a copyright or trademark concern, unsuitable content, a misleading ad or an error, e-mail ipobrain.help@gmail.com and include:

• The address of the page concerned.
• What the problem is. For a rights complaint, say which work or brand is affected and how you are connected to it.
• Your name and a way to reach you.

We review reports and can hide a game or page from the site while we look into it. For a problem inside a game, we may also pass your report to GamePix.
