The guide

Overview

"Bloomji Ball" is a sports game that combines such genres as: platformer and puzzle. Your goal is to simply shoot the ball into the hoop, just like in good old classic basketball. You do this with the slingshot system where you pull the indicator according to the intensity you want to throw the ball with and release it to throw. But wait - there's a twist. In Bloomji Ball, you have the super ability to teleport right next to your ball. This opens up a wide range of possibilities when it comes to creating chain combos and stylish throws. For each successfully completed level, you get points, which in total allow you to unlock cool characters.

What it's like to play

Two minutes on the clock, a scoreboard, and an opponent who is slightly better than you. That is a sports game in a browser. The sport changes, the setup does not. You control one player or one shot at a time, timing is everything, and the result is in or out, goal or miss. Sessions string several rounds together, often with a bracket to climb.

How to play

1Learn the single action input on the start screen, whether it is a click, a tap, a swipe or a key press.
2Position your player with arrow keys or by dragging, then execute when the ball or target is in range.
3Pay attention to timing indicators like a swinging meter or a shrinking circle; they decide power and accuracy.
4Win a match and move to the next opponent; lose and replay it with a different angle or timing.
