Flights, hotels, rental cars and activities can all be booked through Expedia's app and kept in a single itinerary. Flight search spans hundreds of airlines, lodging runs from hostels and B&Bs to luxury resorts and holiday rentals, cars can be collected at the airport or downtown, and tours can be added at the destination. Bookings can be changed or managed from the app mid-trip. Price Tracking sends alerts when a flight fare drops, and Flight Deals plots cheap fares on a map. Bundle & Save discounts bookings made together, and hotels, cars or activities can be added to an existing package later. The free One Key programme gives Member Prices on hotels, homes, cars, cruises and activities and pays OneKeyCash on eligible bookings. Most hotels can be cancelled for free, and listings carry verified reviews. Headline savings figures (up to 30% on bundles, 10% or more for members) carry conditions, and some deals are app-only.
A whole trip in one itinerary is the promise of Expedia's app: flights across hundreds of airlines, lodging from hostels to resorts and holiday homes, rental cars at the airport or in town, and tours added once you've arrived. Bookings can be changed from the phone mid-trip.
Price Tracking watches a fare and alerts you when it falls, and Flight Deals maps cheap routes. Booking components together triggers Bundle & Save, and extras can be bolted onto a package later. The One Key programme is free and pays OneKeyCash on eligible bookings, with member rates on most categories. The headline discounts carry conditions, and some offers are app-only.
Planning starts weeks out: you set a price alert on the flight, browse hotels with verified reviews, and bundle the two when the fare drops. OneKeyCash from the last trip knocks a little off. Most hotels can be cancelled free, so you can hold a room while deciding.
On the trip itself the itinerary screen is the thing you open at the airport and the hotel desk. Adding a car or a tour from the destination takes a couple of taps, and a schedule change is handled in the app rather than on hold with an airline.
People search for Expedia to compare flights and hotels in one place without juggling tabs, and the app-only deals give them a reason to use it over the website. The One Key rewards keep repeat customers coming back. A 4.8 rating from more than a million reviewers is very strong for a booking app, where cancellations and refunds usually drag scores down.
Five screenshots will show search results, a hotel page, the itinerary and probably the Flight Deals map. Travel apps favour large photography, price badges and a tabbed search box for flights, stays and cars; Expedia's yellow and blue will be visible throughout. Expect a dense results screen with filters doing a lot of work.
The version 2026.44 looks like a year-and-week scheme, which if right implies roughly weekly releases. Expedia, Inc. is a major travel company with every reason to keep the app current. The 4.8 average over 1M+ ratings is excellent. The App Store is the only store linked here. Nothing in the data details recent changes.

Rated 4+ and free to download, with the spending being the travel itself. An account is needed for One Key, itineraries and alerts. Payment details go in at booking. A connection is required throughout. The advertised savings, up to 30% on bundles and 10% or more for members, come with conditions the listing doesn't reproduce. Free cancellation applies to most but not all hotels. Ads aren't mentioned. There's no Play Store link on this page.
Our take
A solid default for anyone booking a trip with more than one component, especially if the free cancellation and price alerts help you commit gradually. Skip it if you book direct with airlines for status reasons or travel on points, since the value here is in bundling and the One Key rewards rather than any single lowest fare.
